Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Federal Way Blonde Expert — BSC Studio (“we”, “us”, the studio) collects when you use federalwayblondeexpert.com, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it. The studio is operated by Tetiana Khrab at 36030 28th Ave S, Federal Way, WA 98003.
The short version
- We ask for two things to book you: your name and your mobile number.
- We do not ask for, store, or process payment details anywhere on this website.
- We use your number to text you about your appointment. We do not sell it, rent it, or send marketing blasts.
- We use standard website analytics and advertising measurement tools, which you can opt out of.
Information you give us
When you request an appointment through the booking calendar, we collect:
- Your name — so the studio knows who the appointment belongs to.
- Your mobile phone number — so we can text you to confirm or decline the request, and call you if something changes.
- The date and time you requested, and the time you submitted it.
That is the entire form. There is no account to create, no password, no email address required, and no payment information collected at any point in the booking flow.
How we use it
- To hold the appointment slot you selected so nobody else can take it.
- To text you when Tetiana Khrab approves or declines your request.
- To contact you about that appointment — a change, a delay, a cancellation.
- To keep a basic record of past appointments so we can serve you better next time.
We limit each phone number to one active request at a time. This is a spam and double-booking control; it is not used to profile you.
Text messages
Confirmation and decline messages are sent manually by Tetiana Khrab from the studio phone, (253) 878-1054. They are transactional messages about the appointment you asked for. We do not enroll you in an automated marketing SMS program. If you would prefer not to be texted at all, call (253) 878-1054 and say so and we will note it.
What we never collect here
- Payment card or bank details.
- Government identification numbers.
- Health information, beyond anything you volunteer in person about your hair and scalp during a consultation.
- Location data beyond the general city-level information in standard web analytics.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website may use the following third-party measurement tools. Which ones are active depends on the studio’s current settings:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous, aggregate statistics about how people find and move through the site.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — tells us that an advertisement led to an appointment request, without telling us who you are.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — the same measurement for Instagram and Facebook advertising.
When you submit an appointment request, these tools record that a lead event happened. They receive the fact of the submission and the slot requested — they do not receive your name or your phone number from us.
You can opt out at any time using your browser’s cookie controls, a tracker-blocking extension, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or your Meta ad preferences. The booking calendar works perfectly well with all of them blocked.
Embedded content
Pages on this site embed a Google Map showing the studio’s location, and link out to our Instagram profile and Google Business Profile. Those services set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Who can see your information
Your name and number are visible to Tetiana Khrab through a password-protected admin area that is not indexed by search engines and not reachable without the studio’s credentials. Information is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with marketers. We would only disclose it if legally compelled to do so.
How long we keep it
Appointment records are kept for as long as they are useful for scheduling and client history. Declined and canceled requests are kept briefly for scheduling records and then removed. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
Call (253) 878-1054 and we will, on request:
- Tell you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your record entirely.
- Stop texting or calling you.
Washington residents, and residents of states with comparable consumer privacy laws, have these rights under those laws as well. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Clients under 18 should have a parent or guardian make the appointment.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the admin area is password-protected with a signed, HTTP-only session cookie, and access to booking data is limited to the studio. No system is perfect, but no payment data is held here, which removes the most sensitive category of risk entirely.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new “last updated” date.
