Do I need an appointment?
Yes. BSC Studio is appointment only, which is what makes it possible to give every blonde service the hours it actually needs. Request a time through the booking calendar on this page, or call (253) 878-1054.
How does the booking request work?
Pick an open time on the calendar and leave your name and phone number. The slot immediately shows as Pending so nobody else can take it, and you will get a text once your request is approved or declined — usually the same day.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
By phone only, on (253) 878-1054. There is no self-service cancel button, and a real person — never a bot — answers that number.
Which blonde service should I book?
If you are unsure, book any open slot and say so when you call, or ring (253) 878-1054 first. Brazilian Blonde is the brightest and most all-over; balayage and shatush are the softest and lowest-maintenance; foilyage highlights sit in between; ombre keeps the root dark on purpose.
Do you only do blonde?
Blonde is the specialty, and that focus is deliberate. Lightening dark or previously colored hair well is a skill that rewards doing it every day rather than occasionally.

How long will my appointment take?
Between two and a half and five hours depending on the service and your starting color. Blonde work cannot be rushed, so plan for the afternoon rather than the lunch break.

Come with your hair dry and in its natural part, do not wash it the same morning, and bring photos of both what you want and what your hair has had done to it in the past.
